How does Conduit connect to our utility accounts?
Conduit connects directly to utility providers through secure, encrypted integrations. Your team links accounts through a guided onboarding flow, and from that point forward, every bill, usage reading, and account update flows into the platform automatically. No hardware. No IT involvement required.
What utility providers do you support?
We support over 11,000 utility providers across the United States, including all major electric, gas, water, and waste utilities. If your buildings have utility accounts, we can almost certainly connect them.
How long does onboarding take?
Most portfolios are fully connected within one to two weeks. The process involves linking utility accounts (typically a few minutes per account), after which Conduit pulls in 12 to 24 months of historical data automatically. Your team can start using the platform as soon as accounts are connected.
Is our data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use role-based access controls and multi-tenant data isolation, meaning your organization’s data is completely separated from other clients. We never sell or share your data.
Do we need IT involvement to get started?
No. Conduit is a cloud-based platform that requires no on-premise installation, no VPN configuration, and no IT infrastructure changes. Your property management or finance team can get started directly.
What integrations do you support?
Conduit integrates with major property management platforms and ERPs for exporting validated bill data and eliminating manual journal entries. We also support export to Excel and PDF for reporting flexibility.
Can we start with a pilot on a subset of buildings?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a pilot on a portion of their portfolio to see results before expanding. There is no minimum building count, and scaling up is as simple as connecting additional utility accounts.
How is Conduit priced?
We offer three tiers based on portfolio size: Standard (1–50 buildings), Growth (50–250 buildings), and Enterprise (250+ buildings).
